Our client, a leading FinTech SaaS provider in Australia, aimed to expand their operations internationally. Lacking insight into the UK and European alternative lending markets, they enlisted Finkr for an initial UK Market Assessment and to guide their subsequent go-to-market strategy.

Finkr implemented a comprehensive three-phase approach: The Scan, The Plan, and The Action. In the Scan phase, we conducted a thorough deep dive into our client’s existing Australian business and performed a qualitative analysis of the UK market to gain a detailed understanding of the current technology landscape.
During the Plan phase, using the gathered market insights, we developed a robust product strategy, business plan, and sales and marketing strategy, which included brand repositioning and public relations. Additionally, we formulated a distribution and partnership strategy, project delivery and support framework, and technology roadmap.
With full client alignment on Finkr’s proposed UK market entry strategy, the Action phase saw us launch operations in the UK, establishing a local Finkr fractional sales and pre-sales team. As a result, our client secured their first UK customer and, with Finkr’s support, built a strong sales pipeline. This included both direct business and partnerships with recommended partners, leveraging Finkr’s established relationships.
