Launching a fintech lender.
CHALLENGE
This client was entering the direct lending market in a very crowded space where product differentiation was lacking and with an ambition to bring fast finance to new countries.
SOLUTION
Knowing that the market hasn't seen much differentiation in the lending space we kicked off the project with a market research exercise to really see what customers were after.
We have supported our client with creating the business plan, sales and marketing strategy including brand creation and PR in order to bring something fresh and ambitious to the market.
Given our great network of fintech experts, we have also created a target state ecosystem and supported them with vendor selection as well as specific country entry requirements.
OUTCOME
Positioned a new fintech lending brand in two countries.
